By using Gotta Track 'Em All ("the app"), you agree to these terms.

1. Description of Service

Gotta Track 'Em All is a Pokemon TCG collection tracker that allows you to catalog your cards, track your collection progress, and optionally sync data across devices.

2. Accounts

You may use the app without an account for basic collection tracking. Creating an account (via email, Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In) enables additional features like Cloud Sync.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Subscriptions

Pro Subscription

The app offers an optional Pro subscription that unlocks premium features including Cloud Sync. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Billing

  • Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID or Google account
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's subscription settings

Refunds

Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google, as they process all payments:

Your collection data belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of any data you enter into the app.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our services
  • Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality

6. Intellectual Property

The information presented about the Pokemon Trading Card Game, including card images, names, and related content, is the property of The Pokemon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, and Creatures Inc. GottaTrackEmAll is not produced by, endorsed by, supported by, or affiliated with these companies. Pokemon content is referenced for informational purposes only.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
